We hope you Love your Purchase(s); however if for any reason you are not completely Satisfied with your Purchase(s), You may Exchange your Unworn Product(s) -With Tag(s) attached, if there were any, & Original Product Bag(s), within 30 days of the Purchase Date for store credit, Pre-Ordered Items – 30 days from Shipping Date.

We Offer a one-time Free Exchange

(Free exchange means we will pay to have the exchanged item shipped back to you.)

 

ATTN:

  • Any Exchanges must be received within 30 days of the Original Purchase. (Pre-Orders, 30 days from the Shipping date) If Exchanging we will hold (pull it from inventory) the exchanged item for you for 15 days (we Can’t “Hold” a Sale Price if the exchange item is currently on sale at the time it’s being placed on hold ) & if we haven’t received your return within 15 days sent e-mail date, the held Item(s) will go back in inventory. We do not offer refunds, but will provide a store credit if returned within the 30 days of the Original Purchase date.
  • If you want to Exchange (same value price or less) we do offer free shipping for the exchanged item(s). We need to know what item(s) you want to exchange for with in 24hrs. We will pull & hold the item(s) from our Inventory for you. If for any reason you change your mind on the item(s) you want to exchange for there will be a 15% restocking fee.
  • Exchanged item(s) are shipped to you for Free, one time per order / item. Customer is responsible for shipping item(s) back to us unless other arrangements have been made/offered.
  • We cannot place a “Hold” for an Exchange on a *Special Pricing item aka Pre-Order. You will need to use the Store Credit to purchase if you want.
  • Any & all Product(s) that are Exchanged Must Include a Copy of your Original Invoice without this we will Not be able to process your exchange.
  • Exchange Shipping Costs are your responsibility as the Customer unless other arrangements have been made by the Exchange Dept.
  • Any Exchanged Item(s) that arrive in Worn Condition & or Washed Condition will Not receive Store Credit & the Worn/washed Product(s) will be shipped back.
  • Returns & Exchanges could take up to 14 business days to Process.
  • If You Purchase an Item(s) at Reg. Price or On Sale & then the item(s) goes on Sale & or a Discount applies to it we allow a 3 day window from the date of purchase for a Price adjustment – You will receive store credit for Price adjustments & have 30 days to use that credit. You have to e-mail us within your 3 day window.
